The rooms were nice but we were disappointed in the service, specifically housekeeping, during our three night stay. It was difficult to get housekeeping to stop at our room after asking multiple times, we had to put our full trash cans and dirty towels in the middle of the outside hall (where people could trip on them) to get them emptied and collected. After the third time asking for the trash to be collected, the desk handed me a trash bag and told me to empty them myself. The free breakfast was great and the staff was very courteous and helpful at least.

Very good location by interstate71/75/275, and staff is amazing! So courteous, professional, eager to assist, and accommodating. Definitely recommend this hotel as the price compared to others and value you receive is excellent! Rooms were very clean and tidy, up to date. Allow pets for a $50 non refundable fee which is excellent as some hotels this nice require $120-$150 fee. Very pet friendly here also! They gave treats to my little dog upon arrival! Very welcoming, down to earth, comfortable atmosphere here at this hotel! Amenities are great too! Highly recommend if you are in the area! They received an above my expectations for price review. I am usually very critical of hotels.

Easy online reservation. I was able to walk right up to the front desk and get my room key. I had no issues. Very very satisfied and I will definitely rent from this hotel again

***READ BEFORE YOU GO*** The check in guy wasn't much eager to help me. He couldn't find my last name and don't even try other combinations of my name and two last names. I had to call travel agency etc for a simple thing. Everything else was standard except for the breakfast that the attendant was extremely helpful and really provided a good service. They should learn from her.

Hotel is a little dated and could stand some touch-up work, but not a show-stopper. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good location, plenty of restaurants around. Breakfast was top-notch.

They to charge just one incidental fee instead of stay three days get yours three different incidental fees. That's a little much. So I only stayed the one day to avoid that. But I would have stayed longer if I didn't have to have an extra 50 bucks everyd
